Abundance Corporate Housing is a woman owned and operated business. It is the corporate housing division of Abundance Property Services, Inc. We are a woman owned and operated business. Abundance Corporate Housing is a member in good standing of the Corporate Housing Providers Association (CHPA), National Apartment Association (NAA), the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the West Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce. Abundance Property Services, Inc is listed with Dunn and Bradstreet and is an approved vendor on the U.S. Federal Government Central Contractor Registration System.
OUR TEAM
Our Abundance team has over thirty years combined experience in corporate housing, property management and real estate. Our employing broker worked for the General Services Administration (GSA) and understands the ins and outs of government contracts.
Geri Gulesian, Director of Sales, is a current resident of Conifer Colorado. She is a graduate of Burdett School of Business, Boston MA. Geri has worked in the Corporate Housing Industry for over 11 years. With years of experience in both her own personal property management, and helpong large and small corporations with relocations and temporary housing needs. Geri has established a loyal following, and many great relationships. The key to Geri's success is her dedication to delivering the highest quality service and knowledge in the Corporate Housing Industry.
Rosalie Dorland, a resident of Colorado for many years, having grown up in Pueblo and residing in Colorado Springs for an accumulation of 18 years. She had been in the financial services business and became a real estate broker associate in 1999. Since 2004, she has been actively working with investors and corporate housing tenants to provide short- term, furnished housing. With this experience and knowledge, it is her desire to continue to provide high quality property management skills and service for both short and long term accommodations.
Employing Broker and property manager, Bonnie D. Peiffer, has been in the property management industry for over twenty years. She has a BA in Communication and holds an Employing Broker License with the Colorado Real Estate Commission. She has earned an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designation with the Institute of Real Estate Management, a National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) designation with the National Apartment Association, a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation and a Association Management Specialist (AMS) with the Community Association Institute. She also does consulting for other property management companies and developers.
